Thing 3
Thing 3 was a lot easier to do now that I have my blog set up. I posted to the blog of the other Superintendent. I'm not sure how she finds the time to host a blog with all of her responsibilities. My concern would be about starting arguments on a blog. I am optimistic but reserve my opinion for later.

Working with technology (in this case, blogging) usually translates into finding another way to do things -- I'm sure that the other Superintendent is using her blog in place of something else rather than in addition to something else....

I agree with Joan. It replaces many tasks with just one task... especially with regards to mass communication with the district
